Banfield Pet Hospital at 3425 Amelia Drive, Orchard Park, New York.

Not a bad place if your pet isn't sick. Our dog is a great Dane mix and he has a very sensitive stomach. We came to them multiple times and they first told us to switch his food to science diet, then when he still had diarrhea they said to switch to the most expensive bag of science diet which we did and the problem still consisted. Just sounded like they were trying to sell us the brand. And they kept giving him dewormers when he didn't even have worms which they did like 3 times and we had to pay $40 each time they gave him one because the plan only covered 2 dewormers I believe. We ended up going to the animal kingdom pet store which they recommended "now fresh" and ever since we switched him to that food, he hasn't had any problems and has been healthier than ever. They're plans at banfield are a good price for the shots and everything though.

Worst customer service ever!!! The office manger doesn't know what she's doing. They give you a price for something then at check out try adding things on to what they already told you. Then when show them they are wrong threaten to call cops because they can't handle the truth of them being wrong. Friends and family will not be coming to this office ever again!!!!!
