Athletes Unleashed is by far the best fitness training I've ever had! The coaching, environment and people are stellar! I was nervous to give CrossFit a try since I was newly postpartum and had never held a barbell in my life, but I knew I needed a kick in the a** to get my body back. It's OK to be where you're at with your fitness, even if it's non-existent like I was. The coaches will work with you if you consistently show up and are willing to learn and push yourself.
